WHAT PRINT METHODS DO YOU USE?
Designs are brought to life using a range of the finest quality print techniques including traditional letterpress, exquisite hot foil, embossing and flat digital print.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
I work only with the highest quality materials from artisan suppliers that are suited to working with all printing techniques. All papers used are Eco friendly and meticulously crafted giving a beautiful tactile finish to all projects.
CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?
Yes! Sample packs are available to purchase upon request. They have been designed to give you a sense of paper quality, colour and available print finishes to help with your final decisions.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY STATIONERY?
The sooner the better. As all orders are custom, the time frames will vary depending on the print methods chosen and the items included in your suite.
Semi-custom suites will require, on average, 4-6 weeks from your project’s start date.
Custom suites will require, on average, at least 6-12 weeks from your start date.
Please do ensure that you allow extra time wherever possible to allow for all artwork revisions, any unexpected changes and shipping or customs delays.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
I regularly work with international clients and happily ship worldwide.
Finished projects can ship overnight within the UK, and Express as standard to all other parts of the world.

Shipping costs will vary based on the final weight of your parcel and its destination.
*Additional duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authorities, and are not included in your order total. Please be sure to research what fees may be in place in your state or country.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PAID THE DEPOSIT?
Due to the custom nature of all orders, and the design work that is required at each stage, all payments are non-refundable.
In the event you need to delay your order, it can be put on hold for up to twelve months and be resumed at any time within this period.
If you have any concerns with your finished pieces, please get in touch as soon as possible.
DO YOU ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS?
Rush requests are subject to availability and job spec, and will incur an additional fee.
